On Saturday 30th June during the height of the British summer, Poker Flat will return for the second Showcase of the series in London after the first sell out party in February. Label boss Steve Bug will once again be taking the reins and play 2 sets - 1 daytime terrace set and 1 night warehouse session, whilst being joined by another carefully crafted line up including The Jackathon's head honcho Heidi, H.O.S.H, Alex Niggemann, Jamie Anderson, and Dan Berkson & James What who will perform live all in a secret East London location hosting a daytime terrace party & night warehouse session.

Poker Flat is the deep house and tech label run by DJ, producer and A&R maestro Steve Bug since 1999. Amongst its illustrious back catalogue are genre defining hits like ‘Loverboy’ and '1000 Miles', peerless compilations by the likes of Argy and Märtini Brös, full lengths from the boss himself plus the likes of Trentemoller and Donnacha Costello and as well as the usual string of excellent 12” and EP releases from established names and new young blood alike. The label is a pillar of the modern scene and so label showcases such as these in the English capital are long overdue.

Heidi, Radio 1 resident and boss of her 'Get Physical' imprint, joins Steve Bug at the top of the bill this time round and is becoming a DJ who needs little introduction in London. Throughout the last few years Heidi has played the world’s best clubs including Fabric, Panoramabar, Womb, Space Ibiza, with her 'Heidi Presents The Jackathon' night residencies at Watergate in berlin. She's had arguably the best year of her career to date and is one of dance music's most in-demand ladies.

Hamburg born DJ & Producer H.O.S.H also gets in on the action alongside Alex Niggemann whose recent album on the label has well and truly cemented his place within the Poker Flat family - and deservedly so. Long serving duo James What & Dan Berkson have also been added to the line up to make a nowadays rare London appearance with their renowned live show using live synthesizers and drum machines to rework their music, keeping things fresh.

This carefully picked terrace/warehouse venue will provide the perfect summer twist to the world famous Poker Flat showcases. With state of the art sound, out-of-sight production and music to match, many thought the first party couldn't be over shone, come and see it happen.
