.....GRANT-E-LEWIS first caught the dj'ing bug after a clubbing holiday to Ibiza witnessing beautifully put together sets from the likes of Tiesto, Armin Van Burren,& Paul Van Dyk. The sights & sounds created inspired him & instead of being content with dancing the nights away he wanted to see what the sights & sounds were like on the other side of the dance floor & whether anything he could create in a set would be enjoyed by others. After spending most of his spare time practising behind the decks, reading books & listening to other DJ sets things began to click for him & progress and improvement continued. He started to record his efforts & handed them out to friends, the response & feedback received was all good which fuelled his habit and helped him continue. After DJing at house parties & pubs for a while he gained experience but still wanted more so enrolled on a DJ course to gain more knowledge on the art & hopefully cross-over from using vinyl to CD mixing. More practice & more parties, he began using different genres of music, fusing them into his sets & demo cd's,he has had the pleasure of djing for such events as solution,connected,backlash,xposed,statik,pulse & the mozfest music festival,he has also had guestmixes featured for higherstate radio/purefm,nilo radio,& was recently
